One of my favorite one pot dishes to whip up is teriyaki salmon or tofu with brown rice and asian veggies. It is one of those meals you can prepare in under 30 minutes that tastes wonderful and is generally a crowd pleaser. My favorite wine to pair with teriyaki dishes (salmon, tofu, or chicken) is Sauvignon Blanc. The refreshing citrus flavors of Sauvignon Blanc are a great match for the salty and sweet flavors of teriyaki sauce and also are harmonious with any of the three proteins.
One Sauvignon Blanc I would recommend pairing with teriyaki dishes is Cimarone’s 3CV 2010 Sauvignon Blanc. The citrus flavors and healthy acidity make it a perfect combination. The reasonable price doesn’t hurt either ($15.99). For a full review, see http://wp.me/p1vdhr-Dt. Cheers!
